What is the turn around time?
From the time that I receive the hat it takes about two weeks to complete.
How do you accept payment?
We take Zelle, Venmo, Paypal & Cash. Links to everything will be sent to you on the invoice along with shipping instructions and shipping address.
Do you offer drop off or pick up?
If you are local to the North Houston TX area, you are more than welcome to drop off and pick up to save on shipping cost. Otherwise Shipping costs will be added to the invoice.
Do you provide International delivery?
We are not able to provide international delivery at this time.
How do I choose a hat design?
You Can shop our list of discounted premade designs, they allow slight customizations such as names, dates, hat and hat band color and style. These are available for easy check out.
You may also choose a design from our custom design gallery and edit it by filling out the custom design form.
You can also choose to completely customize a hat with your own design by filling out the Custom Design Form.
All custom designs begin at $200 for the artwork and could go up depending what all you'd like to add or change.
**NOTE**
We do not allow customers to redeem gift certificates during the months of February or March due to high demand of customers for our Houston Live Stock show and Rodeo! If a customer needs to redeem their certificates at this time a fee will need to be paid of $100 for a rush order.
